The HIVE is an online gaming community focused on gaming, streaming, content creation, community events, charity events, and helping members connect, grow, and support one another.
The HIVE primarily uses Discord for communication and community interaction. The community is open to everyone and includes a strong veteran, active military, and reserve military presence.
The HIVE may also include RPG and virtual tabletop gaming features through HIVE Dungeons, related gaming communities, content from creators and streamers, blogs, news, event listings, embedded media, and related sites or content, including Why Superman Sucks.

We make reasonable efforts to display merchandise accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors, images, sizing, or product details will appear exactly the same on every screen or device.
9. Merchandise Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy
Merchandise refunds, returns, or replacements are available only for items that are:

Because merchandise may be printed on demand, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

We may not require the return of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item if sufficient photo or video proof is provided.
If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the issue was caused by production, fulfillment, or shipping error, we may cover or reimburse return shipping at our discretion.
All merchandise refund, return, and replacement decisions are subject to review and approval by The HIVE and/or the applicable third-party fulfillment provider.
10. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on production time, fulfillment provider, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
11. Subscriptions and Memberships
We may offer subscriptions, memberships, premium content, members-only access, community access, digital access, or other subscription-based features.

Subscription Refund Policy

If you choose a recurring subscription, you are responsible for canceling at least 3 business days before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not create a refund for previous payments.

Donation Refund Policy
All donations are non-refundable once submitted, except where required by law or in the case of a verified processing error.
If you choose to make a recurring donation, you are responsible for canceling at least 3 business days before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Canceling a recurring donation stops future billing but does not create a refund for previous donations.
13. Charity Events and Fundraising
The HIVE may host, promote, participate in, or support charity events, fundraising campaigns, gaming marathons, livestream fundraisers, donation drives, or similar charitable activities.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, The HIVE is not a charitable organization, nonprofit entity, or tax-exempt organization. Donations made directly to The HIVE may not be tax-deductible.
If donations are collected through a third-party charity platform or directly by a charitable organization, that third party’s terms, policies, tax treatment, refund rules, and procedures may apply.
We may promote charitable causes, but we do not guarantee any specific fundraising result, charitable impact, tax benefit, matching contribution, or outcome unless expressly stated in writing.
14. Digital Downloads and Digital Products
We may offer digital downloads, digital products, templates, guides, media files, exclusive content, RPG resources, virtual tabletop materials, community materials, or other downloadable or online-access products in the future.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are available to attend and that your internet connection, device, software, email access, platform access, Discord access, game access, and account information are functioning properly for online events.
Event Refund Policy
All event ticket purchases, registrations, or access fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing.
This applies to both online and in-person events.
If we cancel an event, we may offer a refund, credit, rescheduled date, replacement access, or other remedy at our discretion.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket, registration, or access may be transferred to the new date unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for a user’s inability to attend due to scheduling conflicts, technical issues, internet problems, game platform issues, Discord issues, missed emails, account access problems, or personal circumstances.
16. Sponsorships, Advertising, Affiliates, and Promotions
The website may contain sponsored content, paid advertisements, affiliate links, promo codes, direct sponsor placements, Google AdSense or similar advertising, and other promotional content.

You understand that you may not be paid, credited, notified, or asked for additional approval before we use submitted content.

We reserve the right to suspend access to accounts, memberships, subscriptions, communities, Discord spaces, digital content, events, or services related to disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or unpaid transactions.
